These Terms govern your purchase and use of the AI Operations Assessment and the myaiplan.co website, provided by Helm Partners LLC ("Helm Partners", "we", "us"). By purchasing or using the service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and buying for business purposes.
For a one-time fee of $497 (USD) you receive: (a) a guided interview of about 15 to 30 minutes, conducted by phone by an automated AI voice interviewer; (b) a written nine-slide AI Operations Assessment, produced with the help of AI tools and delivered by email within 24 hours of your completed interview; and (c) one 30-minute review call with an AI expert, scheduled using the link in your report. The interview line is provided after checkout. Delivery times are targets; we will tell you promptly if a delay occurs.
Interview calls are recorded and transcribed to prepare your report. By placing the call you consent to recording and transcription as described in our Privacy Policy.
Provide accurate information, do not share passwords, account numbers or other parties' confidential information, and use the service lawfully. The quality of the report depends on the information you provide.
The assessment offers recommendations, not guarantees. Hours saved, costs, return on investment and similar figures are estimates based on your inputs and typical tool performance. Actual results vary. The report is general business information and is not financial, legal, tax, accounting or security advice. Third-party tools are recommended as-is; their pricing, features and terms are set by their providers and may change. Evaluate any tool, and consult qualified professionals where appropriate, before relying on it.
To request a refund, email from the address used at purchase. Refunds go to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
We own our website, interview design, templates, methods and software. When you pay in full, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your report for your own business, including sharing it with your employees and advisors. You may not resell the report or use it to build a competing service. You keep ownership of the information you provide, and grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Referral partners are subject to separate partner program terms [PARTNER TERMS LINK], which are incorporated by reference for partners. Partners are independent and not authorized to make promises on our behalf. Buyers pay the same $497 price whether or not they arrive through a partner link.
Payments are processed by Stripe, and parts of the service rely on other providers. Their services are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helm Partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from the service or any tool or action taken based on the report. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it.
You agree to indemnify Helm Partners against claims arising from information you provide that you had no right to share, or from your misuse of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, Wake County, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days by contacting the other.
We may update these Terms for future purchases by posting a new version here. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the service.
