My AI Plan is a service of Helm Partners LLC, a United States limited liability company ("Helm Partners", "we", "us"). This policy explains how we collect, use and share personal information when you visit myaiplan.co, buy the AI Operations Assessment, take part in the interview and review call, or join our referral partner program.
Please do not share passwords, account numbers, health information or client-confidential details during the interview. We do not need them.
Interviews are conducted by an automated AI voice interviewer. Every interview call is recorded and transcribed. You are told this before purchase, at checkout and on the confirmation page. By placing the call you consent to recording and transcription. If you do not consent, do not place the call and contact us for a full refund (see our refund policy). Some states require all parties to consent to recording; we rely on your express consent for this purpose.
We use AI tools to conduct the interview, transcribe it, analyze your answers and draft your report. People at Helm Partners and our implementation partner may review transcripts and reports to ensure quality and to prepare for your review call. We use AI providers under terms that restrict them from using your content to train their general models where such options are available. We do not use your information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
If you arrive through a partner link (for example, ?ref=CODE), we store that referral code in a first-party cookie and your browser's local storage for 90 days so the partner can be credited if you purchase. A later partner link replaces an earlier one. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Stripe and our hosting provider may set cookies needed for payments, security and performance. You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser at any time.
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the service, under contracts that limit their use of it, including:
When you buy through a partner link, the partner learns that a purchase was made under their code so they can be paid. We do not share your interview, transcript or report with the partner. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users, or in connection with a merger or sale of our business.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We keep purchase records as long as needed for tax and accounting obligations. We keep interview recordings, transcripts and reports until you ask us to delete them, or for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@helmpartners.co.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Depending on where you live, including California (CCPA/CPRA), Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, access and receive a copy of it, correct it, delete it, and opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising (we do none of these). You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email . We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.
The service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children's information.
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify customers by email.
